TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations need to go through the email email@example.com unless given permission otherwise. Cancellations must be put in writing for proof of following terms and conditions of TayBee Softball and TayBee LLC.
If for any reason the lesson/camp/clinic is cancelled by TayBee Softball on OUR END ONLY, there will be a full refund to all participants who are already registered prior to TayBee Softball cancelling the event.
If the lesson/camp/clinic is not able to be held due to COVID-19, meaning that any state/county mandates close all the fields and parks in the area of the host site, all athletes that are registered for the lesson/camp/clinic prior to this happening will receive a full refund if they have pre-paid to reserve a slot.
· PLEASE NOTE: This does not include if an athlete tests (+) for COVID. It will be your responsibility to cancel all reserved spots prior to lessons/camp/clinic start date & time in the event that your athlete or your family has tested (+) for COVID. Do not come to lessons/camp/clinic if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID. See the following cancellation rules as they would apply to you in this scenario.
For cancellations UP TO 24 hours prior to the start of a lesson time slot, there will be a full refund/no charge for the lesson. For cancellations UP TO 5 days before a camp/clinic, there will be a full refund available if you contacted us at least 5 days prior to the camp/clinic starting.
For cancellations LESS THAN 24 hours prior to the start time of the lesson, there will be a charge/late notice fee of 50% of original lesson pricing. For cancellations LESS THAN 7 daysbefore the start of camp, there will be a partial refund (50% of the total amount for the athlete will be paid back). Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in permanently releasing an athlete for the lesson schedule or refusing entry into future camps/clinics.
· The longer you hold a reserved spot, the less amount of time TayBee Softball, and staff, have to fill the spot or give the spot to someone else. There will be no exceptions or changes to this part of the policy regardless of the situation.
· Failure to contact us with regards to a cancellation is not our fault. If this is the case and your athlete(s) "No-show" the camp for any reasons, and we were not notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
· Not attending a lesson/camp/clinic and not communicating that with us prior to the lesson/camp/clinic starting is not our fault. It is your responsibility to reach out and contact us in the event that you cannot make the lesson/camp/clinic. The cancellation policies listed above will remain the same.
